If you have been feeling down and defeated, know that there is hope! All of our help comes from the Lord. He is the one who has made us, so He is the one who knows us best. According to His Word, the Lord has a plan for each and every one of us. He created us to be in relationship with him and wants us to seek Him regarding every aspect of our lives.
Sometimes Christians struggle with seeking God about his plan for their lives. They sometimes go through life, day by day, with so many questions about God's decisions, his intentions, his will, and the unfortunate situations they have endured in life. Know that God knows our hearts and He honors a sincere pursuit to become closer to Him.
Although there should be no shame in the fact that Christians sometimes need help too, there often is. I believe that God places other people in our paths at times specifically for the purpose of helping. Psychoeducation and other mental health information is provided at appointments to assist clients as they progress through the stages of their therapy.
